Return & Refund Policy

At AR Barber Supply, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality barber tools and supplies. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!


🔄 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Clippers, trimmers, shears, and hygiene-related items (such as razors and brushes) must be unopened and unused due to sanitary reasons.

🚫 Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email if your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, email us at:

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@arbarbersupply.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
