🔄 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Clippers, trimmers, shears, and hygiene-related items (such as razors and brushes) must be unopened and unused due to sanitary reasons.
🚫 Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you by email if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, email us at:
