Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after any discounts).

For orders under $100, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)

Local Delivery & Drop-Off (if applicable)

If you're located in Los Angeles or nearby cities, we may offer local delivery or in-person drop-offs. If available, you'll see this option at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Issues
